Job Responsibilities:Strategic
- Creates and drives short-term and long-term business plan for Company in alignment with the organization business plan for the western Region
- Drives differentiated brand positioning in the market
- Define Print revenue strategy in terms of coverage areas and industry focus and monitor execution of strategies
- Define retention strategy for each market segment and drive conversion
Financial
- Owns the Print Target for western Region to ensure a growth of Revenue through Agency & Direct sales to achieve the desired Revenue Goal
- Identifies the right network to maximize yields for each brand offerings mainly Print and secondary TV/ Digital/ Events
- Drive optimization of sales through new user acquisition by identifying the Potential Opportunities
Operational
- Meeting the Unit and self- Revenue targets within the given timelines
- Getting good rate as well as business
- Collecting payments in time (within the approved credit period)
- Maintaining good business relations with Agencies and clients
- Taking care of Branch Operations and Monitoring and guiding the Team Heads
- Maintaining smooth functioning of the Team
Transformation and Organization
- Mentor and coach subordinates to develop the team’s capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for the role
- Reviews recurrent market issues/trends and sets in motion the required set of course correction measures
